The book was about Nikki Maxwell is finally adjusting to her new life at school by macking lots of friends. But when Nikki overhears a mean girl called Mackenzie bragging about going to the halloween dance with Brandon her (MAJOR chursh ) and she is gutted and decides to help out her little sisters party instead.Then she finds out Mackenzie was lying! Will her dream come true by going to the dance with Brandon?


The setting in the book was at the school, Halloween house and at the Fun zoo for her little sisters party


The story ends in a happy way by her getting closer to brandon and becoming really good friends as well  as her having her best friends their to support her!


My opinion of the book is that it is a wonderful book to read and i hope that you get to read this book someday as well!


& last of all I really liked these books and maybe if your in a library or in a book store check out these book!

Book review ! Dork Diares 1

Dork Diares are similar to Diary of a Wimpy Kid but its kind of a girl version! Anyway the book was about a ordinary girl called Nikki Maxwell in Westchester Country Day School being bullied by a nasty girl called Mackenzie. She is one of the CCP girl which means (Cute,Cool & Popular) and gets anything she wants! She also is good at EVERTHING....Anyway it is really about tales from a not so fabulous life! But also about Nikki's feelings which is most times SAD and wanting to move schools and thinking she will have a chance some friends and leaving her old lame ways in the past. In the middle of the year she makes some new friends which are Zoe and Cloe and starts to like some which is Brandon! In the end Nikki is happy the way she is and not changing her life!

Disney On Ice!

On Saturday the 9th of July i went to Disney On Ice with my sister, Dannielle and Meretiana. We cought the train at Ruthen and got off at Jolimont. Then we walked to The Rod Arena where the show was. First we got something to eat and then the show was about to start and our seats were at the very top of the arena! The theme was "The Worlds Of Fantasy!". The host of the show was Mickey Mouse, Miney Mouse, Donald Duck and Gouffy. The First thing was Cars and the second was the story The Little Mermaid and the third one was The Lion King! Then it was half time and me and Meretiana got snow cones and the cup was Tinkerbell. Then the last story for Disney On Ice was Tinkerbell! After that we went home.

Immigration Museum!

Today I went into the city to see the Immigration Museum with my dad and sister. We saw lots of things and it was very interesting! I also made something, It was a Brazilian head piece and a Venetian mask! It was lots of fun going there and going to the city. After that we went to get lunch I had a japanese bento and shared it with my dad! Then we went home!

School Camp

On May the 31st i went on my school camp for 4 days and 3 nights!.. This was my first time going on this CAMP. The name of this camp is DERBY HILL BLUE LIGHT YOUTH CAMP in Maldon ( near bendigo and its also a bike camp).  I had lots of fun there and we did lots of activities example..Roasting marshmellows, Bike riding and so much more! We even went to the old fashioned LOLLY SHOP and we got $2 to spend. Yesterday i came back home and so that was the adventure at CAMP!!

My Haircut

Yesterday i went to the hair dresses at the Preston Market! I went by train and that took about 5mins and i went with my mum. We got a trim also i got a full fringe!! I like my new haircut and lots of people say i look different!

Bowling

Today i went bowling! I went with my mum. First we caught a train to Keon Park and then walked the way and that took about 30mins because of the train timetable and the walk. My mum and i have been to this bowling alley before and have played games of bowling that me & her signed up for a bowling card so we got a little bit of a discount. We played 2 games and my mum won all of them! After that we went home.


I REALLY ENJOYED GOING BOWLING AND WITH MY MUM! MAYBE SOME DAY YOU WILL GO BOWLING TOO!!

Anzac Day

This blog today is about Anzac Day. On Anzac day we remember all the soliders who fought in wars! We most remember people that fought in "World War 1&2".  Anzac means Australia and New Zealand Army Corps. In World War 1 the Anzac team fought together in these places in Turkey..Gallipoli, Western Front and Middle East and that war went till 1914 - 1918.

Dancing

This blog is about my "Dancing"...Now lets start I started dancing when i was in grade 2 and i was doing hip pop for the first concert. I liked it so much i continued it and i was there for the second concert and in that concert i did hip pop, jazz and ballet !!

 The next year i went to a different dance school and it is called Dance Explosion and i did jazz & tap. My first concert at dance explosion was good and the theme was the Australian Outback and my second concert  theme was Chitty Chitty bang bang and my jazz &  tap class was the puppets.

Now it is this year and we are getting ready for our first concert for this year and now i do jazz, tap and ballet and our theme this year is Dancing through the years!

This is a book about Greg Heffley going to high school for the frist time! At the start his mum gives him a diary and greg writes all his thoughts in it and what he does at high school this year. In this book his best friend Rowley is there to support him at school and outside of school. But his brother Rodrick is trying to mess with Greg all the time! He also has a little brother Manny and Greg thinks he's a pain on his own that is because Manny's nickname for Greg is "Baba".

Overall this is a little summary about the book "Diary of a wimpy kid" and maybe you can read the book to and see what else happens through the year at high school for Greg Heffley.
